The tariff is applicable to all vessels, including jet skis.
Additional charges:
Permanent electrical supply: RO 10/- per month plus metered consumption.
Casual electrical supply: RO 5/- per day plus metered consumption.
Water supply: Included in berthing fee.
Covered berth: 20% of berthing fee.
Empty trailer park: RO 80/- per annum.
Slipway Launching: RO25/- per boat (in or out) for non berth – holders only

Labour rates: (Mechanic, Electrician & Skill Labour ) RO 10/- per hour from 0800 to 1800 Sat to Wed.
Commercial rates: Loading/unloading RO. 30/- per hour for use of JIB Crane
OBM Service Charges: Min 6 hours per engine plus cost of spares. (RO. 60+)
Inboard servicing: Min 8 hours per engine plus cost of spares. (RO. 80+)
Antifouling: From RO. 28.000 per m2
Other painting: Brush & roller RO. 28.000 per m2
Spray painting: RO. 48.000 per m2 – Decorative lines & signs will be charged at the rate of RO. 50.000 per m2 extra in addition to the area.
Sand Blasting: RO. 18/- per m2
STORAGE IN BOATYARD: All berth holders boats left in the boatyard for more than 7 days after completion of work will attract a storage charge of RO. 0.500 per m2 per day. Non berth holders will pay a storage charge of RO. 0.750 per m2 per day from the day of arrival of boat at the boatyard. This charge also applies to berth holders boats brought to the boatyard for outside contractor’s works.
Gate Fees : Outside contractor brought into MBAR to work on boats will be charged a gate fee of : 1 Person = RO. 10/- Per day
Up to 3 persons = RO. 15/- Per day
Up to 6 persons = RO. 25/- per day
Up to 9 persons = RO. 35/- per day. More than 9 persons not permitted.
STORAGE BOXES : May only be stored in authorized locations. A charge of RO. 5/- per m2 per month is payable on all boxes stored at the marina.
To identify the storage boxes, the owners are required to write the name of boat on the boxes.

- NO BURNING, WELDING, PAINTING OR GRP WORK IS ALLOWED
- ONLY WORK AUTHORISED BY THE OWNER OR OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY MBAR STAFF.
- OWNERS MAY WORK ON THEIR OWN BOATS BUT OUTSIDE ASSISTANCE WILL ATTRACT A GATE FEE (see above)
- OUTSIDE CONTRACTOR MUST HAVE PROOF OF AUTHORITY FROM THE BOAT OWNER AND MUST BE IN POSSESSION OF 3RD PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE.
