The Sultanate of Oman has a well deserved reputation for the hospitality of its people and in their ability to make visitors feel welcome to their beautiful country. Here at Marina Bandar Al-Rowdha we pride ourselves on our ability to extend that reputation to visiting boats and their crews and indeed to all of our customers, however you journeyed here.

In the Marina you will find a safe haven for boats and crews which puts you right at the very heart of Oman’s beautiful cruising coastline. The proximity to all popular water sports is the major feature of our location.

The warm, blue waters around the capital city Muscat (just a few miles to the north-west) are visited by several species of great whale, dolphins, turtles and other exotic creatures. The game fishing is world class and it is possible to bring a blue or black marlin to your boat within a few miles of the marina entrance. Scuba divers are well catered for by our on-site dive operator and conveniently positioned wreck, nearby islands and a huge variety of colorful fish. Other water sports from water skiing to snorkeling are to be enjoyed right on our doorstep.

Following a day afloat, our swimming pool with attached Jacuzzi and Blue Marlin restaurant and fully licensed bar are great places to relax. The Blue Marlin restaurant serves an international cuisine and also caters for snacks around the pool, whatever your preference; we can make your visit a memorable one.

If you would like to explore further afield, Muscat the capital, Muttrah with its old souk and many other interesting places are a short taxi ride away. If you are feeling really adventurous, excursions to some of Oman’s old forts or to the country’s interior can be exceptionally good value. In short, the Sultanate has a lot to offer its visitors, so I welcome you to Oman and to the Sultanate’s premier marina.
